Refund Policy

Downloadable and Internet-Based Products and Services.

No refunds will be issued for any downloadable or internet-based products and services unless otherwise noted in writing at the time of sale or on the order form.

Hard Copy Product Purchase.

Hard-copy product returns will be allowed for up to 30 days after the date of purchase. In order to be eligible, a refund request must be submitted in writing (via email or fax) within the 30-day refund period. Product must be returned in its entirety, in “like new” condition, to BMS FUSION at PO Box 9056, Gold Coast MC, QLD 9726 Australia. Any product refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping and handling and a restocking fee of AU$50.00.

Product refund requests will be processed within six (6) weeks of the date on which the returned product is received by BMS staff.


If BMS cancels a live on-site event, BMS will give participants the option of having their money refunded or applying their payment to future events. If an event is cancelled because of circumstances outside BMS’s control (force majeure such as natural disaster, facility shutdown, etc.), BMS will not offer cash refunds, but will apply participants’ payments to future events.

If a participant cannot attend an event they have paid for, BMS may allow the participant to apply their payment to future events, but will not refund the money in cash.
